Everything was spotless and amazing. The staff were empathetic and approachable and elegant lobby. A continental breakfast, it was enjoyable. This very elegant hotel was in central location.

I appreciated location and staff, as well as every other detail. Quiet beds, very good kitchen and trouser press were a nice touch. The pool was heated and the garden - lovely. The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a sketchy area. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.

Bed was amazing, and the room itself was quiet. Simple check-in & terrific service. Bottled coffee and tea in the lobby bar, overnight parking place. Central location, at a medium distance from a 20 - acre public park.

The venue was clean, offered first class location and staff. Large bedroom and generous-sized bathroom. It was huge and the bed was comfy. Pool was excellent and there was a fantastic restaurant on site. Premier hotel in an outstanding area of Chicago.

everything was modern, and staff were pleasant enough. i had the executive club king room which was fairly clean and spotless. ideal location to a neo-gothic skyscraper. stunning restaurant and main bar on-site. iconic place with superb service too.
